Nirnaya Getting Women A Place Under The Sun
GIVING FUNDS
You may wonder, why does an organization that funds others need money from us?
Simple. It is with the money you give us that we are able to help these various marginalized women from the most backward rural and urban areas. Support from aware and concerned individuals is vital, because it not only keeps the good work going, but it also sensitizes the society to the problems it needs to deal with and the likely long term repercussions these may have if ignored.

Society is not a clearly divided structure with impregnable layers. The deprivation and discontent of one less fortunate layer is bound to filter into the other better off, well provided layer. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the privileged to contribute towards improvement of the lives of the deprived so that there is some balance and justice. Also, this balance will contribute to a physically and mentally healthy society, with minimum disparities, good education, and employment and less crime. In short- a better and a kinder world.

Your contribution will be a joint investment, of the marginalized grassroots women (in terms of mobilizing and organizing themselves) and the privileged ( in terms of resource contribution) towards a just and peaceful society.

We keep our donors regularly updated on the progress of the groups we support, and the work being done through personal correspondence and other printed literature.
