Nirnaya has charted a path for itself in the coming years. To achieve the milestones that it has set for itself, it has designed many plans and programmes , which will translate its vision and mission into reality.

Nirnaya's goal is to create awareness among women, to stimulate creation of the critical mass, which is essential to bring about a quantum transformation in society. It plans to address the generic issues of women, cutting across caste, religion and cultural barriers.

The groups that have received support so far have already notched up great successes, and have been able to make this quantum leap. Each of them has set a course for themselves and has identified objectives to be achieved by the year 2013. We are certain that at that point in time our grantees will have acquired a high level of skill and capacity to attract a larger number of women to join the cause.

Going by our experience, we can say with confidence that there would be new groups who would want to and be able to take similar initiatives in other parts of the country.

Nirnaya also has plans to increase its resource pool to meet these future demand of expansion and growth.

Nirnaya will simultaneously raise the awareness in other sections of society and motivate them to become members to this cause of empowering marginalized women. Nirnaya believes that no section of society however wealthy or educated can be insulated from the other less privileged. Therefore it is in the interest of all to come together to uplift the society or community as a whole.
